Frames of Seeing - Sternengucker expands on the earlier incarnation of Sternengucker to become a site-specific live performance and video installation at Chapter House in Melbourne. Concerned with humankind's quest to understand the unknown and to know the unknowable, the work examines ritual, tradition, gesture and questioning within the context of a theatrical and cinematic, contemporary, risk adverse society. Fed by the aesthetic traditions offered by the site, the work is at once playful and deeply serious.

"A Brilliant installation. A highlight of our Program"  - Deborah Stahle Founder of Nite Art

Exhibited at Alpha60 Chapter House, curated by Nikki Lam as part of Nite Art 2017
